Dealing with clients that push boundaries can be challenging. Oftentimes as Solo Virtual Bookkeeping business owners we get caught up in getting a new client but fail to set expectations up front.

The Art of The Strategy Call
When you have a Discovery Call you are determining whether or not you want to or even can work with the prospect on the call.
Once you make the decision that you want and can move forward then you need to direct the next steps.
This is where the Strategy Call enters the process. This is a PAID CALL, handled via Zoom where you and your new client go through what is going on and you ask relative questions to come up with an action plan to move forward.
In this workshop I will share insights into how I conduct Strategy Calls with clients so that we can work together to develop an action plan that will take care of their desired outcome.
